Age-Group:

1. The age of each participant will be determined as of December 31, 2012
Example: If age on December 31, 2012 is one day less than 9 years then the Age Group is 6-8 years (I).
If age on December 31, 2012 is 9 years or 1 day more then the Age Group is 9-11 years (II)
2. Zonal Convener may allow a younger child to participate in a higher age group.
3. First position winner at the int’l level can not participate in the same age group in the future.

Registration Fee:  US $20.00 per participant.

Awards & Prizes:

Center level (groups 1- 4):	1st, 2nd & 3rd position awards & winner prizes.	Punjabi speaking awards
Zonal level (groups 1- 5):	1st, 2nd & 3rd position awards & winner prizes.
Int’l level (groups 1- 5):	1st, 2nd & 3rd position medals & winner medals. Sardar Shamsher Singh award to 1st position winner of age-group I.

First & second position winners shall participate at the Zonal level.

Only the First position winner at Zonal level participates at the international level.

Please send photograph of international participants (with name, age group and zone) to the host to ensure inclusion in the Publication.
